Ingredients
- 1 15 Ounce Can White Beans, drained
- 2 Cups Packed Fresh Basil
- 1/3 Cup Pine Nuts
- 3 Tablespoons Nutritional Yeast
- 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
- To serve: cooked pasta of choice OR chips & veggies
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
- Serve as a dip with chips and veggies or tossed with your favorite pasta.
