Ingredients
- 12 Medjool Dates (with pits)
- 1/4 Cup Vegan Cream Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 4 Sprigs Fresh Thyme Leaves + Extra sprigs for garnish
- Pinch Salt
- 3 Tablespoons Roughly Chopped Salted Pistachios
Instructions
- Use a pairing knife to carefully cut a slit lengthwise through each date. Remove the pits, keeping each date intact. Set aside.
- In a small bowl mix the cream cheese, maple syrup, thyme, and salt.
- Use a piping bag or zip top bag to pipe the cream cheese mixture into each date. Top with the pistachios and a garnish of thyme.
