Ingredients

  • 1 16 Ounce Block Silken Tofu
  • 8 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
  • 1/3 Cup Maple or Date Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Teaspoon Espresso Powder
  • Pinch Salt
  • To serve: vegan whipped cream or non-dairy yogurt, fresh fruit, chocolate

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.
  2. Transfer to ramekins or mason jars and refrigerate 1 hour.
