Ingredients
- 1 16 Ounce Block Silken Tofu
- 8 Ounces Unsweetened Chocolate, melted
- 1/3 Cup Maple or Date Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Teaspoon Espresso Powder
- Pinch Salt
- To serve: vegan whipped cream or non-dairy yogurt, fresh fruit, chocolate
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth, scraping the sides as necessary.
- Transfer to ramekins or mason jars and refrigerate 1 hour.
