Ingredients

  • 1/2 Package Silken Tofu (8 ounces)
  • 2 Tablespoons Tahini
  • 1 Tablespoon White Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon Liquid Aminos or Tamari
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Garlic Powder

Instructions

  1. Add all the ingredients to a blender or food processor. Blend well. Alternatively, mix well by hand.
